When you pre-order with us, you reserve your item before it’s in stock. Here’s what happens, step by step:

Place Your Pre-Order
Add the item to cart and complete checkout.
You’ll be charged in full at purchase.

Order Confirmation
You receive an order confirmation email immediately.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll hold all items and ship them together once the pre-order items are in stock.

Pre-Order Notice
Your confirmation email includes estimated ship dates and details on how mixed orders will be shipped together once all items are available.
We’ll notify you as soon as we have a firm shipping date.

Stock Arrival & Fulfillment
Once your pre-order item is in stock, we’ll pick, pack, and ship your entire order.
You’ll get a single shipment (and tracking email) covering both in-stock and pre-order items.

Delivery
Standard delivery applies. A signature may be required.
