Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or edit your order, as long as we receive the request in time.

If your order has already shipped, you can simply refuse the delivery. It will return to us automatically, and we'll issue your refund. Please note that returns are processed by our fulfillment partners, and are handled only in the order they are received.

If you accidentally shipped to the wrong address, please contact the delivery service. In most cases, their support teams can intercept the delivery. Please note that we cannot contact the delivery service on your behalf regarding cancellations or rerouting requests.
